Preliminary excercise

For our first piece of coursework, we will carry out a continuity task involving filming and editing a character opening a door, crossing a room and sitting down in a chair opposite another character, with whom she/he then exchanges a couple of lines of dialogue. Throughout this task, we need to demonstrate match on action, shot/reverse shot, and 180 degree rule. This task will benefit myself and my future work as it will allow me to get accustomed to using these features throughout my filming.
